Lourdes is a co-founder partner of the practice and the head of Commercial and Corporate at PMC - LAWYERS & ECONOMISTS. Specialised in comprehensive legal advice for all types of businesses, in particular in the areas of Real Estate, Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment. Lourdes has worked as a consultant to high-profile foreign organisers of large sporting and cultural events in Spain. She has also acted as bankruptcy administrator for several companies.

• Law Degree from the University of Valencia (specialised in Company law)
• Master’s Degree in Commercial Legal Advice (MAJ) from Instituto de Empresa
• Lycée Français de Valencia (Série B-Économie)

• Head of Legal Department at AMERICA'S CUP MANAGEMENT (ACM) and TEAM ALINGHI (from 2005 to 2009)
• Associate in the Commercial department at BROSETA ABOGADOS (from 2005 to 2009)
• Head of the legal department at TERRA MÍTICA (from 2002 to 2005)
• Associate in the Trade department at URÍA Y MENÉNDEZ (from 1997 to 2002)
• Writes articles for specialised publications and is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences
